Sound Bath at the Library
We’re happy to announce that we will be hosting a Sound Bath at the Cooperstown Library on Tuesday, April 21 at 6pm.
Come immerse yourself in the healing frequencies of sound and allow yourself to fully relax, restore, and reset. During a sound bath, soothing instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other vibrational tools help guide the body into a deeply meditative state.
Benefits of sound healing may include:
Reduced stress and anxiety
Deep relaxation and nervous system support
Improved sleep and mental clarity
Emotional release and energetic balance
A greater sense of peace and well-being
Unfortunately, we do not have additional equipment to share.
You must bring:
A yoga mat
A blanket

Join us for a gentle afternoon designed to help you slow down, release stress, and reconnect with yourself. This experience will begin with slow, mindful yoga to ease the body and calm the nervous system, followed by an immersive sound healing journey with crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments.
Sound healing works with vibration and frequency to help quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and bring the body into a deeper state of rest and balance. When paired with slow yoga, it creates a powerful space for restoration and renewal.
