Recently Sarah and Brandon held a Sound Bath Session at Y Specialty Fitness at the FoxCare Center in Oneonta. 15 people attended the program. Some had attended a Sound Bath Session before but many had not. Everyone who attended absolutely loved the experience. Believe me, no one was in a rush to leave the mat. Participants were in awe of the experience and how they felt. They shared stories with one another and with Sarah and Brandon about what they felt during the session. Most felt immense peace and relaxation while others saw colors and felt physical sensations such as goosebumps. Everyone including myself, looks forward to doing Sound Bath again. Much grattitude to Sarah and Brandon for sharing their talents and gifts with our community.

Hosting a private in-home sound bath was one of the best things I’ve done so far in 2026!
My home was transformed by the clean vibrations and curious sounds.
The sounds were surrounding me and the experience was surreal.
The guided meditation was so relaxing and peaceful. I have been sleeping better ever since!. I will make this a way to host my friends a few times a year for sure!

At 69 years old I was not sure what I would feel at a "sound bath"? To my surprise I loved it! Laying on a yoga mat with pillow and a heated eye mask I was transported to another world. With eyes covered my senses were increased and the sounds from the bowls, drum, bells and chimes were mystical and magical. I was related and transported to a world of peace and calm. I would definitely set up another session soon - Thanks Sarah and Brandon!
