We’re happy to announce that we will be hosting a Sound Bath at the Cooperstown Library on Tuesday, April 21 at 6pm.
Come immerse yourself in the healing frequencies of sound and allow yourself to fully relax, restore, and reset. During a sound bath, soothing instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other vibrational tools help guide the body into a deeply meditative state.

You must bring:
A yoga mat
A blanket
A pillow
